📋 Description

• Help customers manage their car and home insurance needs • Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Handle policyholder requests and policy changes • Develop deep knowledge of Jerry’s insurance product and panel of insurance companies • Match customers with appropriate insurance companies and coverage • Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the customer experience • Participate in the Customer Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this full-time hourly role • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future • P&C license is not required initially; Jerry.ai will pay for the license if needed
