📋 Description

• Help customers manage their car, home, motorcycle, and other insurance needs • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for policies or requesting policy changes • Match customers with suitable insurance companies and coverage • Learn and navigate Jerry’s insurance products and app • Solve problems and remove barriers to appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide feedback to improve the product and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Full-time hourly applicants must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia • Must answer work authorization and visa sponsorship questions • P&C license status requested
