📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end development of the AI platform and customer experiences, from roadmap through rollout • Build and scale a system automating more than 70% of inbound sales and service requests • Partner with engineers to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails • Balance AI platform latency, cost, and accuracy • Translate technical concepts between engineering and the broader organization • Establish AI best practices and platform standards • Drive improvements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through experimentation • Work with OpenAI partners to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation • Report directly to the COO

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast-paced startup • Passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs • Track record of turning complex, strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products • Technical knowledge of API design and system architecture • Familiarity with SQL • Experience building custom AI workflows • Ability to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails • Current residence in eligible locations: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
