📋 Description

• Join the central BizOps & Analytics team while embedding in growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for an assigned business unit end-to-end • Define business problems, questions, and the decisions analyses should inform • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments • Surface data insights that improve key business metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommend next steps • Drive execution and outcomes for important business initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills and ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills and ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Python • Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Must be able to work as a full-time salaried employee • Tools: SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub
