📋 Description

• Aid in or lead the development and implementation of complex consulting projects • Represent the business area in strategic planning activities • Provide recommendations based on best-practice benchmarking, data analysis, and forecasting • Consult with internal stakeholders to identify current and future business needs for complex end-to-end processes • Provide oversight for research, design, build, testing, deployment, analysis, administration, and environment maintenance • Initiate and support business optimization and reimagination efforts • Direct the work of staff members or lead virtual cross-functional teams as needed • Manage implementation of hardware and software technology components • Collaborate with service engineers, technology teams, architects, vendors, and business clients • Support project completion by anticipating future impacts and adaptation needs at global or enterprise level • Represent the business area with senior executives • Initiate solutions that improve profitability and operational efficiency • Apply best practices when presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders and officers

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of claims experience preferred • Understanding of business unit and/or industry systems, processes, and requirements • Experience with business optimization/reimagination efforts • Ability to analyze current system environments using technical tools and utilities • Experience with complex product customization • Ability to develop implementation and verification procedures • Ability to gather and analyze business and stakeholder requirements • Experience collecting and analyzing process data • Knowledge of best practices, benchmarking, forecasting, strategic planning, and trend analysis • Ability to travel up to 10% to Allstate offices • Must reside outside California, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, and Puerto Rico • Successful completion of a background investigation required • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private home workspace with appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
