📋 Description

• Join the central BizOps & Analytics team and embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for an assigned business unit end-to-end • Define business problems, hypotheses, and the decisions analyses will inform • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments • Surface data insights that improve key business metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps • Drive initiatives and execution through to measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Python • Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Jerry.ai can only hire full-time salaried employees in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
