📋 Description

• Lead Jerry’s content quality and output across jerry.ai and external platforms • Build and lead the system that makes Jerry authoritative wherever customers seek answers • Build content that ranks on Google and earns citations in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini • Structure pages for visibility in AI answer engines and track gaps in Jerry’s presence • Own the editorial engine, publishing roadmap, channel strategy, and resource allocation • Design and operate the AI-powered brief-to-publish pipeline: brief, AI draft, human edit, QA, and publish • Build quality controls and drift metrics to maintain content quality at scale • Set and enforce editorial standards across writers and AI agents • Establish credibility infrastructure including named authors, sourced claims, and transparent review processes • Own organic traffic, AI-citation, and customer acquisition targets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Strong editorial judgment and ability to produce engaging, compelling writing for humans and LLMs • Ability and desire to master rapidly evolving SEO and AEO practices • Expert-level use of LLMs for drafting, research, synthesis, automation, and amplification • Ability to design and operate AI-native content production systems • Ability to enforce rigorous factual sourcing, verification, QA, and editorial standards for YMYL insurance and finance content • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Full-time salaried employment
