📋 Description

• Own product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify funnel friction points • Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research, turning signals into actionable insights • Drive bug triage and resolution with Engineering, prioritizing and closing quality issues • Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, beginning with landing pages and compliance-driven features • Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design • Partner with Design and Engineering to ship experiences balancing speed, clarity, and trust • Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and requirements • Improve the customer sign-up and purchase funnel for Jerry’s car insurance marketplace • Collaborate across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams, including across time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations • Strong analytical skills and ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to synthesize messy signals into clear recommendations • Willingness to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours • Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing, including across time zones • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
