📋 Description

• Own the customer sign-up and purchase funnel for Jerry.ai’s car insurance marketplace • Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points • Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research, turning signals into actionable insights • Drive bug triage and resolution with engineering • Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features • Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design • Partner with Design and Engineering to ship fast, clear, and trustworthy experiences • Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and requirements • Report directly to the VP of Growth and contribute to product strategy, business model, and roadmap decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations • Strong analytical skills and ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to synthesize messy signals into clear recommendations • Willingness to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada is required by the application form
