📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance • Deliver exceptional, consultative customer experiences • Educate customers about savings opportunities and coverage gaps • Translate complex policy details into clear, easy-to-understand choices • Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners • Finalize and bind coverage • Address customer hesitation and concerns to provide a smooth, transparent purchasing experience • Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and services

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments • Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards and attention to detail • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada (hourly employees are limited to the listed U.S. states) • Full-time employment • P&C license is expected within 2 weeks after starting; the company pays the licensing cost • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is requested in the application
