• Complete paid training and insurance licensing • Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process • Help customers compare more than 55 insurance companies • Listen to customer concerns and provide suitable solutions • Help customers finalize insurance policies • Deliver an exceptional, hospitality-focused customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Retail/service background, such as Apple Store, Chick-fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco • Friendly, hard-working, and highly service-oriented • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment • Ability to handle several things at once while maintaining customer service • Must pass the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Full-time employment eligibility • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. • Must have or obtain the required insurance licensing; application asks whether the candidate has a valid P&C license
