📋 Description

• Own the analytical function end-to-end for an embedded business unit in growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Define business problems, clarify the decision each analysis will inform, and challenge flawed questions • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface actionable data insights • Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts • Explain what is happening and why, and recommend next steps • Drive analytical insights and decisions through execution to improve key business metrics • Collaborate with business-unit stakeholders and influence leadership-level decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills with ability to influence leadership-level decisions • Strong SQL or Python skills • Ability to define hypotheses and apply first-principles problem solving • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub • Must currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
