📋 Description

• Serve on the central Data Science & Analytics team while embedding in growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for an assigned business unit end-to-end • Define business problems, clarify the decisions analyses should inform, and challenge flawed questions • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that improve key metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps • Drive initiatives from analytical insight through execution and measurable business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level decisions • Analytical proficiency with SQL or Python • Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Tools: SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub
