📋 Description

• Embed within a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define the business questions and decisions that analyses should address • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments • Surface data insights that improve key team metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and the recommended next steps • Drive initiatives and decisions through execution • Collaborate with teams across product, growth, tech, and operations

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills and ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Python • Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada • Must be able to work as a full-time salaried employee
