📋 Description

• Drive strategic AI and analytics initiatives across Technical Services & Sustainable Operations • Establish data-driven foundations to enhance operational excellence and accelerate innovation • Lead AI, data science, and advanced analytics capabilities and own the AI and data roadmap • Support TSSO non-financial performance reporting by mapping data sources and facilitating reporting methodologies • Develop and maintain executive, non-enterprise dashboards and reporting frameworks • Support ARP analytics and dashboard updates, including scorecards, trackers, and advanced statistics • Lead EDP data extract integration with Claude AI and technical delivery teams • Develop preventive maintenance identification using Claude AI code • Troubleshoot Property Hub data discrepancies and conduct dashboard variance analyses and reconciliation • Drive ARP data model development and move solutions from pilot stage to operational adoption • Establish access to LCAM ecosystem and data lake tables for asset lifecycle analytics • Lead data standards governance, data integration, topology, quality frameworks, and technology prioritization • Translate facilities management needs into technology requirements and data solutions • Own TSSO Asset Data Governance and partner with JLLT Product, Data, Azara, and Governance teams • Establish data governance protocols and ensure data quality, timeliness, accessibility, security, and enterprise compliance • Own strategic technology and AI roadmap decision-making aligned with TSSO and enterprise objectives • Integrate technical systems across Sustainable Operations, Integrated Operations Centers, Reliability Engineering, and Asset Renewal Planning • Lead TSSO Citizen AI initiatives and coordinate matrixed contributors • Build and manage a high-performing team • Lead TSSO Data Model development and develop the advanced analytical roadmap • Support evolution of data management delivery models with shared service centers

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in data science, analytics, or AI implementation within large-scale operations • 5+ years in leadership roles managing or partnering with analytics teams to drive operations excellence • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade analytics solutions and performance reporting systems • Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, including large language models such as Claude AI • Strong background in data governance, data quality management, and enterprise data architecture • Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau • Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data stack technologies • Knowledge of EDP or similar enterprise data warehousing solutions • Familiarity with API integrations, data pipelines, and ETL processes • Understanding of AI governance, model risk management, and responsible AI practices • Strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams • Change management expertise with a track record of driving technology adoption • Strong project management skills for multiple complex initiatives • Experience with real estate operations, facilities management, or transaction services preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
