📋 Description

• Lead and oversee national production operations for the Asset Services Facility Condition practice • Provide senior-level review authority over Facility Condition Assessment reports for quality, client protocols, ASTM E2018, and regulatory alignment • Establish executive-level client relationships and identify service expansion opportunities • Collaborate on business strategy, market expansion, service innovation, and competitive positioning • Provide executive oversight of project management staff nationally • Serve as a senior subject matter expert in building systems, MEP, structural systems, building envelope, seismic risk, and ADA compliance • Lead business development pursuits, RFP responses, and presentations to strategic accounts and clients • Design and govern standardized service templates, scope frameworks, and field assessment tools • Monitor industry trends, regulations, and emerging best practices • Supervise multiple functional and operational teams, including staffing, performance management, development planning, and compensation recommendations • Mentor team members and cultivate future leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in architecture, engineering, or a related technical discipline required; advanced degree preferred • Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible commercial building evaluation experience • Extensive application of ASTM E2018 and Facility Condition Assessment methodologies across diverse asset classes • Minimum 12 years of client management, strategic account development, and leadership of multidisciplinary technical service teams • Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience with direct management of multilevel teams and accountability for business line financial performance • Track record of driving revenue growth, managing operational costs, and scaling technical service organizations nationally or across multiple markets • Expert knowledge of FCA scope requirements, seismic, roofing, building envelope, conveyance, ADA, and MEP evaluations • Active licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) required • Exceptional ability to analyze complex business and technical documents and translate findings into strategic recommendations • Distinguished written, verbal, interpersonal, and consultative skills • Ability to resolve sensitive, high-stakes issues with clients, regulators, and internal leadership • Experience presenting strategic briefings, technical content, and business cases to C-suite and board-level audiences • Advanced knowledge of financial terms, principles, performance metrics, business cases, financial statements, and complex P&L responsibilities • Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving skills • Advanced proficiency with technology platforms and Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with project management, data analytics, and reporting tools relevant to technical due diligence • Strong negotiation, time management, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder-alignment skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
