📋 Description

• Performs information gathering for data analytics, including asset tagging and data collection • Conducts walk-through surveys to assess property development condition • Takes photographs of representative systems and conditions • Logs information into a client database • Adheres to client site visit protocols • Performs data collection on building systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, and point of sale • May collect data involving IoT devices • Travels to client sites, potentially up to 100% of the time, for periods of time • Uses problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to support basic to moderate-complexity projects • Performs other duties as assigned • No direct supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with performing data collection on building systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, and point of sale • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time; travel may reach 100% based on assignment • High school diploma required • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, sciences, IT, or related field is a plus • Strong time management and problem-solving skills • Ability to meet scheduled deadlines • Proficiency with iPad/iPhone and iOS systems • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship • Must safely access roofs when part of the work scope • Driver's License • OSHA 10-Hour Safety Course • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret property-condition issues • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, consultative, and customer service skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints • Analytical and quantitative skills with experience developing strategic solutions • Competency with programs, apps, and web platforms for data gathering, word processing, spreadsheets, communications, and project tracking • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to manage deliverables for multiple ongoing assignments
