📋 Description

• Lead implementation, upgrade, or customization of PeopleSoft software OnPrem or Cloud • Partner with Finance, HR, HR technology, business teams, consultants, vendors, and external customers • Manage multiple workstreams and concurrent projects from planning and initiation through execution and closure • Define, administer, coordinate, and prioritize project tasks and timelines • Provide regular status updates and communications to project sponsors, senior management, PMOs, and steering committees • Oversee project schedules, plans, benchmark metrics, management information, communications, documents, memos, and stakeholder information dissemination • Provide functional direction and oversight to teams working on implementation strategies, transformations, and policies • Manage staff performance and provide guidance, advice, structure, and direction • Make final decisions on scope and change while balancing project risks • Manage support and change-control frameworks for infrastructure and application-integration projects • Coordinate project dependencies and organize, convene, and document cross-workstream and internal project meetings • Establish deadlines and ensure projects remain on track • Ensure implementation meets contractual obligations and regulatory requirements • Manage scope, change, scope-change impact estimates, timelines, costs, and project resources • Drive collaboration, innovation, automation, RPA, and ML/AI adoption • Identify team strengths and improvement areas through feedback, coaching, and recognition • Resolve conflicts and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion • Develop the next generation of talent for advancement within the company • Facilitate and assist in planning and managing global technological change for complex operational needs

🎯 Requirements

• Close to 20 years’ experience with PeopleSoft application from implementation to upgrade, including utilizing the application in operational state • Global PeopleSoft implementation experience in EMEA, AsiaPac, Americas and LATAM countries • In-depth knowledge of accounting, statutory and regulatory requirements • Firm knowledge of accounting, statutory and PeopleSoft functional application • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with executive-level internal and external stakeholders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to prioritize and manage differing business needs • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Ability to work within a team structure and independently • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
