📋 Description

• Own end-to-end programs delivery across multiple interdependent workstreams • Maintain program governance: risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, reporting to senior stakeholders • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including asset management, transactions, development, finance, legal • Define programme structure, milestones, success metrics; hold teams accountable • Manage relationships with external partners ensuring delivery against agreed outcomes • Identify and resolve blockers early; escalate with a recommendation • Produce clear, decision-ready program updates for leadership • Drive continuous improvement in program structure and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in program or project management • Significant portion in real estate, property, or built environment • Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-site programs ($13M+) • Experience across asset lifecycle – development, acquisition, asset management, disposal • Background managing external stakeholders and senior internal executives simultaneously • Strong command of program governance frameworks (MSP, PMI, or equivalent) • Commercially literate – able to read a business case, challenge assumptions, understand value drivers • Clear communicator able to translate complex program status into decisions • Confident running Steering Committees and presenting to C-suite or Board level • Degree in Real Estate, Property, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) • PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, or MSP certification preferred
