📋 Description

• Serve as the key financial and accounting liaison for Business Unit Executives, Product Line owners, and Corporate • Act as advisor and strategic partner for financial, operational, and client matters • Own financial processes, including monthly and quarterly financial variance reports, annual planning, and monthly reforecasting • Translate complex financial performance into executive-ready analysis and dashboards for the CAO, CFO, and Corporate stakeholders • Drive process improvements and system implementations to enhance financial planning capabilities • Develop, maintain, design, implement, and document internal controls, policies, and procedures • Manage the monthly financial reporting package and provide proactive decision-making support • Lead FP&A team management and staff development, including succession and growth plans • Report to the Senior Finance Director and partner with senior business leaders to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making • Serve as key financial advisor to Business Unit Executives and Product Line owners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in FP&A roles, including forecasting, variance analysis, and business partnering • 5 years of direct management/supervisory experience, including training and evaluation of staff • Strong accounting skills and demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Exceptional ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial audiences and influence decision-making at executive levels • Understanding of and commitment to client service • CPA and/or MBA preferred • Audit and internal controls background preferred • Demonstrated experience successfully leading teams through organizational change, system implementations, or business transformations preferred • Proficiency in computer-based accounting applications; experience with JD Edwards platforms a plus • Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills • Strong presentation skills to internal and external parties • Desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
