📋 Description

• Prepare executive-level ministry and departmental reports and presentations • Analyze and communicate monthly financial results across the ministry • Provide actionable insights, explain performance drivers, and recommend improvements • Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial reporting and related data • Lead annual budgeting and mid-year forecasting for assigned business functions • Serve as primary finance business partner to assigned department leaders • Provide financial insight and decision support while promoting financial stewardship and accountability • Collaborate with the Financial Systems Team on Adaptive Planning and Office Connect reporting, validation, testing and process improvements • Research economic trends and apply findings to financial planning and projects • Consult with ministry users to develop, publish and enhance reporting solutions • Conduct financial analysis projects and create what-if financial models • Evaluate capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rates of return, operating records and financial statements • May coach financial analysts and related staff on technical finance issues

🎯 Requirements

• Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ • Consistent witness for Jesus Christ and Christ-like attitude • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field • 7+ years of relevant finance experience in a corporate environment • Experience preparing executive-level reports, dashboards and presentations translating complex financial and operational data into actionable insights • Experience serving as a financial business partner through budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance analysis and strategic planning • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders while managing competing priorities • Strong systems acumen with planning and reporting tools • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, integrity and quality • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Adaptive Planning and Office Connect is preferred • Commitment to child protection expectations, Code of Conduct and reporting processes
