📋 Description

• Support the Work Dynamics Client Finance Organization as a Financial Analyst for a start-up client account • Complete regular and ad-hoc reporting, including client documents, presentations, graphs, and charts • Maintain data integrity across all deliverables • Generate monthly and quarterly reports • Run day-to-day forecasting activities and enhance reporting frameworks • Conduct Budget versus Actual and Forecast versus Actual spending analyses • Support annual budget planning, preparation, and development • Assist leaders in identifying budget corrections and implementing changes • Organize and maintain team data collection systems • Develop efficient reporting strategies through automation and process simplification • Identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps, and financial risks • Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives • Participate in developing best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for financial reporting across the account • Partner with leaders across the organization to deliver financial insights and contribute to client success and JLL's operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting • 2+ years of relevant financial analysis experience • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with demonstrated proficiency in complex financial modeling • Experience supporting start-up or transition client accounts preferred • Familiarity with financial reporting automation tools and technologies preferred • Experience with budget planning and forecasting in a corporate services environment preferred • Demonstrated success in process improvement and cost-savings initiatives preferred • Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed operational level preferred • High level of attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities preferred • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal sensitivity preferred • Strong organizational and coordination skills with proven ability to collaborate across multiple organizational levels preferred • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must be able to work remotely from one of the specified U.S. locations
