📋 Description

• Support multiple IT-oriented contracts in the Public Service & Infrastructure portfolio • Perform financial control including planning, tracking, analysis, reporting, and billing • Serve as liaison between project management teams, finance, and line management • Review project and budget status • Manage schedules and prepare status reports • Develop mechanisms to monitor project progress and support intervention and problem solving • Work independently to support assigned project objectives • Continuously monitor contract actuals and performance • Conduct month-end plan-versus-actual analysis and identify variance drivers • Review and approve monthly invoices and prepare backup when required • Track accounts receivable for assigned contracts • Prepare Quarterly Financial Status Reviews and quarterly forecasts • Produce ad hoc contract reports • Communicate regularly with management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years of professional experience; or 1-2 years of prior relevant experience with a related Master’s degree • Strong communication skills • Strong Microsoft Excel skillset • Ability to work across multiple contracts and communicate with several stakeholders • Independent worker, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy • Customer focused • Able to work successfully in a remote team environment in diverse locations • Knowledge of multiple contract types especially FFP and T&M • Ability to thoroughly review EACs for accuracy and compliance • Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence • Experience with Fusion
