📋 Description

• Analyze financial results, business trends, and key performance indicators to support strategic and operational decisions • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses • Build and maintain financial models evaluating revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, investment opportunities, and business scenarios • Partner with business leaders and department owners to gather inputs, explain financial performance, and recommend corrective actions • Conduct cost, margin, pricing, and profitability analyses to identify improvement opportunities • Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes • Research market, industry, and economic trends affecting company performance • Prepare presentations and dashboards communicating insights to management and stakeholders • Ensure financial data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and reporting standards • Assist with ad hoc analysis, special projects, and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, or a related analytical role • Strong working knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ERP systems, or planning tools is a plus • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
