📋 Description

• Coordinate the fiscal activities of local, federal, state, and private grants and contracts with direction from Office of Research Administration personnel • Liaise with BHSF Corporate Finance and BHSF Foundation • Ensure compliance with government regulations, donor/sponsor/agency requirements, and BHSF policy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Ability to coordinate multiple research/program projects/protocols/clinical trials in coordination with interdisciplinary teams and departments • Strong analytical skills • Extreme attention to detail • Ability to organize large sets of data • Proficiency in complex arithmetic manipulations • Proficiency with MS Office applications • Expert knowledge of Excel • Able to produce high quality work within strict deadlines • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills • Good judgment • Flexible and service oriented • Minimum 1 year of required experience
