📋 Description

• Support private equity-backed portfolio companies by implementing strategic FP&A initiatives • Facilitate proactive decision-making through forecasting models • Drive value with data and analytics during transactions and transitions • Develop core financial and operational reporting and strategic analyses • Design and implement reporting and forecasting models and analyses • Interface with company management, including C-suite stakeholders, and private equity deal and operational teams • Plan, manage, and execute client engagements • Develop and deploy actionable plans to achieve expectations • Communicate results consistently to key stakeholders and the Project Lead • Perform budgeting and forecasting • Conduct financial and operational reporting • Conduct profitability analysis • Develop business processes • Manage data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 1 year of relevant experience • Ability to work in a team environment • Verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels, internally and externally • Proficient use of applicable technology • Ability to travel based on client and business needs • 1–3 years of experience in consulting/advisory focused on finance effectiveness, strategy and operations, analytics, performance improvement or technology, or corporate FP&A or Sales/Ops Finance Analyst experience • Intermediate knowledge of BI tools or data analytics • Strong knowledge of finance/accounting concepts, including financial statement mechanics • Ability to present and support finance concepts, including financial statement analysis, financial ratio application, and budgeting/forecasting • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Strong business acumen
