📋 Description

• Provide engineering support to a global portfolio and establish relationships across all regions with JLL account teams and engineering resources • Implement and manage preventive and ongoing maintenance and repair programs; develop, deploy, and monitor schedules • Oversee JLL Mobile Engineering performance and resource support for client properties • Guide Facility Managers and clients during equipment failures and critical site-operations disruptions • Own the MOP process, including documentation, vendor compliance, and client meetings • Identify improvements and best practices to reduce risk and improve process efficiency • Organize and prioritize assignments; ensure work orders are completed on schedule • Review work performed by MES technicians and vendors for accuracy and quality • Develop a proactive maintenance posture and reduce reactive work • Monitor work orders, equipment condition, processes, quality, and technician skill sets • Update assets and schedules in the CMMS system • Support global engineering, asset, facility management, project management, and data center needs • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers with minimal disruption • Implement preventative maintenance standards compliant with JLL and client guidelines • Evaluate vendors and suppliers for quality and competitive pricing • Coordinate scheduling and maintenance of client-owned assets • Identify cost savings opportunities and support contracting efforts • Own and complete the Operational Compliance Program • Support operating budgets, variance analysis, and forecasts • Meet facility-specific cost-savings targets • Promote a strong safety culture and continuous service improvements • Interface with client representatives to determine expectations and ensure service delivery and satisfaction • Review monthly service-request summaries and correct recurring operational issues • Communicate with direct leadership and attend staff meetings and calls • Maintain frequent phone, email, and Microsoft Teams communication with the field

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field, or equivalent experience • 10+ years in senior-level IFM hard service delivery roles • Subject matter expertise in hard services, including mechanical, electrical, and critical environment systems • Proven ability to deliver complex IFM programs • Strong understanding of maintenance operations, compliance standards, and risk assessment • Proven track record promoting workplace safety culture • Experience with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office • Ability to analyze data and provide operational insights • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer service orientation with internal and external stakeholders • Experience identifying capital improvement needs and technical enhancements • Knowledge of quality management and audit processes • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
