📋 Description

• Define program objectives, success metrics, scope boundaries, and sequencing • Build integrated roadmaps across teams; manage critical paths and trade-offs • Translate business goals into technical milestones and engineering deliverables • Drive integration plans across services, APIs, data contracts, and environments • Plan reliability, scalability, security, privacy, cost, and observability requirements • Establish operating cadences across internal and dependent teams • Anticipate bottlenecks and negotiate sequencing and resourcing with engineering leaders • Own RAID management and escalations with options and recommendations • Drive launch plans, cutovers, feature flags, rollback strategies, and runbooks • Partner with SRE/Infrastructure teams on monitoring, alerting, SLOs, and on-call readiness • Align engineering, product/business, security/compliance, and operations • Communicate progress and trade-offs to leadership and maintain a decision log • Provide visibility into project and program status, risks, and post-launch metrics • Identify integration risks and missing work, and manage systemic risks • Ensure operational excellence through readiness reviews, runbooks, SLOs, and post-launch validation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong program management fundamentals, including project planning, dependency mapping, RAID, and stakeholder management • Technical fluency in system design concepts, APIs, data flows, environments, and CI/CD concepts • Experience driving cross-team software, platform, or infrastructure programs • Comfort with ambiguity and technical trade-offs; ability to facilitate decisions • Preferred: Experience with AI/ML or data platforms • Preferred: Familiarity with SRE practices, including SLO/SLI, incident management, and observability • Preferred: Experience with large migrations, platform modernization, or reliability programs
