📋 Description

• Act as an embedded extension of a high-profile client's in-house Sustainability Team • Ensure the client captures JLL's full suite of sustainability services • Accelerate stakeholder engagement and progress toward sustainability goals • Integrate sustainability across business functions and the real estate lifecycle, including change-management ownership • Oversee a global team of approximately 35 sustainability professionals delivering Sustainable Operations products, solutions, and tools • Design and implement a global platform delivery model aligned with client needs, quality targets, and delivery objectives • Develop account delivery plans supporting client retention, cross-selling, client satisfaction, and account growth • Develop and execute sustainability strategies and program components to optimize client sustainability performance • Own and advance a global sustainability strategy across the client's real estate portfolio lifecycle • Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders • Contribute to corporate sustainability strategy and drive key objectives • Enhance and expand service delivery through supply-chain partners, internal collaboration, and JLL's Sustainability Platform • Drive execution, client satisfaction, and real-estate-lifecycle actions aligned with client objectives • Network across JLL service lines and global/regional workstreams to elevate sustainability outcomes • Manage stakeholder feedback, roadblocks, and changes affecting sustainability objectives • Lead multifunctional global AMER, EMEA, and APAC teams with client teams • Manage, grow, hire, onboard, develop, and mentor sustainability practitioners • Establish a culture of client success, accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation • Drive consistent regional/global delivery, reporting requirements, policies, and procedures • Own P&L responsibility, cost control, expenditure management, revenue forecasting, and business metrics • Track financial performance against targets and drive operational quality and delivery outcomes • Communicate with stakeholders, document success stories, and lead program components including content, maintenance, and reporting • Develop systems and processes for best-practice sustainability performance and utility/sustainability management systems • Understand and implement sustainability across the commercial real estate lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree; MBA preferred • Science, engineering, math, or related field • 10+ years demonstrated experience leading, managing, and influencing cross-functional teams • 10+ years demonstrated experience with change management across multi-faceted situations and cross-functional teams • Change management certification desirable • Understanding of key sustainability issues for corporate real estate occupiers, including decarbonization, embodied carbon, circularity, resource preservation, biodiversity, climate risk, health & wellbeing, and social value creation • Experience working with corporate clients, commercial property, and property managers; understanding of landlord and tenant relationship desirable • Strong ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams • Track record integrating sustainability into organizational operations • Experience collaborating with clients and stakeholders to develop and implement sustainability programs • Proven project and program management experience • Excellent communication skills • Attention to detail and accuracy in written and numeric work • Ability to obtain buy-in and engagement from employees at all levels • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
