📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert supporting JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management • Collaborate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits • Perform periodic market trend analysis for specific categories, including supplier base and industry changes • Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client-ready format • Implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs • Support supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers • Provide management, instruction, and follow-up for operations teams' RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes • Manage internal and external customer expectations • Ensure compliance with JLL sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics • Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual terms comply with standards and receive formal review and approval • Establish work priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help, and project-specific personnel • Support and assist development of diversity programs and mentor/educate suppliers • Participate in and provide leadership to Preferred Supplier performance review meetings • Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Strong analytical and strategizing abilities • Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university • 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience • Facilities services contracting experience preferred • Excellent PC skills • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • This position does not provide visa sponsorship
