📋 Description

• Conduct annual inspections for multifamily, senior housing, and commercial properties in compliance with JLL's best practices and the requirements of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Correspondent Investors. • Identify and communicate potential risks to the lender, collaborating with analysts and asset managers to develop and monitor mitigation strategies. • Stay informed about market conditions and local sub-market dynamics for properties being inspected. • Assist with training programs for analysts and asset managers, ensuring their certification as quality inspectors through onsite and classroom training. • Collaborate effectively with Asset Management and Business Enablement teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or equivalent relevant experience. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience performing at least 100 multifamily property inspections. • Certified to conduct inspections for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Life Companies. • Successful completion of the MBA's Inspection Course. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Strong verbal, writing, and organizational skills. • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under demanding deadlines. • Proven track record of excellent communication skills. • Ability to multitask and handle multiple transactions simultaneously. • Ability to identify and assess risks. • Detail-oriented with strong self-auditing abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams. • Strong presentation skills and passion for teaching others.
