📋 Description

• Onboard new assignments, including data conversion, configuration, and data loading • Administer systems, including configuration, security management, maintenance, updates, and technical support • Maintain change management procedures for upgrades, hotfixes, stored procedures, and SQL enhancements, and support control compliance • Assist with Yardi hardware and software upgrade initiatives through planning, testing, deployment, and validation • Support development of user training materials and documentation for new system features, reporting, and operational processes • Stay informed of AI capabilities introduced by application vendors and assess their operational value • Write custom reports in YSR and SQL

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is REQUIRED • 3-5+ years of relevant/professional experience related REQUIRED • Yardi Real Estate Software experience including database schema and international/global configurations REQUIRED • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • 5+ years of relevant/professional experience related PREFERRED
