📋 Description

• Lead strategic identity security initiatives across the company • Deliver global Identity Provider and privileged access management controls • Provide knowledge, guidance, and ownership for internal identity and CIAM matters across on-premises, cloud-hosted, and third-party SaaS platforms • Serve as engineering principal for implementing secure identity practices in technology architectures, including the enterprise IdP service • Modify and control identity security policies, standards, and guidance for users, on-premises services, cloud service providers, and SaaS • Collaborate with Active Directory and authentication services teams to enable compliance with security policies and standards • Lead delivery of JLL’s zero trust strategy for users and third parties with the network security organization • Design privileged access management controls for privileged accounts to minimize abuse and enable detection and response to cyber threats • Own, operate, and advance the JLL enterprise Privileged Access Management tool • Serve as subject matter expert for secure identity service design and controls engineering • Work with application development teams to implement CIAM best practices in JLL’s online products

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of technical cybersecurity experience with at least 7 years of identity security experience • Proven experience enhancing and maturing identity security programs across enterprise technology environments • Experience enabling and enforcing identity security across M365 suite, internally developed applications, cloud services, and on-premises appliances • Experience implementing and managing privileged access management solutions; CyberArk preferred • Experience implementing and managing IdP solutions; Okta preferred • Experience collaborating with cyber threat management and insider threat teams to enable detection, monitoring, and incident response efforts • Experience implementing Active Directory governance models • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards, including ISO, NIST, and ATT&CK • Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners • Desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • No visa sponsorship provided
