📋 Description

• Execute the cybersecurity AI strategy by prioritizing and delivering production-grade agentic AI capabilities • Define the architecture, evolution, and operating model for production agentic AI capabilities • Lead critical AI solution programs across threat detection, investigations, incident response, threat hunting, and offensive security operations • Design multi-agent workflows, tool integrations, and human-in-the-loop control points • Build and maintain evaluation harnesses, regression testing, and observability for non-deterministic AI systems • Analyze analyst and operator workflows to identify AI-driven efficiency, productivity, and security posture improvements • Establish technical standards for agent design, evaluation, observability, regression testing, and reliability • Design and deliver agents, prompting strategies, skills, and agentic workflows • Write production-quality Python and build against modern LLM provider APIs and orchestration frameworks • Influence cross-functional decisions involving AI orchestration, LLM providers, Amazon Bedrock, and secure solution architecture • Champion responsible and compliant AI use with Legal, Compliance, and Risk • Direct approved strategy decisions and contribute to strategy creation • Provide strategic direction to build and enhance the capability • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging developments and incorporate relevant trends into strategies • Support organizational initiatives, change management, and enterprise initiatives • Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders • Identify and direct strategic process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) • 2+ years of relevant experience, including demonstrated, hands-on delivery of production AI/agentic systems (not prototypes) using orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent • 10+ Years experience in cybersecurity, solutions architecture, software engineering, security operations, or related technology disciplines • Production-quality Python experience • Experience with modern LLM provider APIs and orchestration frameworks • Knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks • Knowledge of Amazon Bedrock capabilities • Knowledge of cybersecurity use cases, LLM orchestration, agentic AI frameworks, and emerging enterprise AI practices • Understanding of NYDFS, GLBA, and SOX obligations • Ability to work from an approved location in the United States
