📋 Description

• Lead ServiceNow Security Operations and Security Consulting engagements from discovery and planning through implementation, deployment, adoption, and post-production transition • Understand client objectives, security operating models, technology environments, regulatory obligations, risks, and program maturity to guide engagement strategy and delivery • Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, maturity assessments, design workshops, executive steering committees, project-status discussions, and governance meetings • Ensure deliverables meet client requirements, Statements of Work, contractual commitments, budgets, schedules, and quality standards • Manage delivery risks, scope changes, dependencies, and escalations • Advise clients on ServiceNow Security Operations, Security Incident Response, Unified Security Exposure Management, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence Security Center, Security Posture Control, Configuration Compliance, and related practices • Translate business, security, regulatory, and operational requirements into strategies, maturity assessments, roadmaps, operating models, and measurable outcomes • Oversee solution delivery and review designs, workflows, integrations, automation, dashboards, reporting, implementation plans, and ServiceNow Otto capabilities • Guide development of incident-response processes, exposure and vulnerability prioritization, threat-intelligence workflows, remediation, security automation, and enterprise-tool integrations • Lead, mentor, and develop Architects and consulting team members • Coordinate resource planning, staffing, workload allocation, and team assignments • Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and retention • Monitor engagement financials, budgets, utilization, capacity, schedules, delivery performance, risks, and client satisfaction • Establish engagement metrics and support governance, status reporting, forecasting, documentation, quality assurance, and delivery controls • Report engagement performance, risks, resource needs, and client concerns to the Director • Support business development, account growth, pre-sales discovery, demonstrations, proposals, estimates, staffing models, SOWs, RFPs, and follow-on opportunities • Strengthen the ServiceNow Security Consulting practice through service offerings, methodologies, accelerators, demonstrations, templates, training materials, and reusable assets • Contribute to go-to-market activities, thought leadership, webinars, conferences, industry events, case studies, and client-facing materials

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering cybersecurity, risk, compliance, governance, ServiceNow, or enterprise technology consulting services • 3+ years of experience leading consulting teams, managing client engagements, or serving in a manager, senior consultant, lead consultant, or architect-level role • Experience managing multiple client engagements or workstreams, including project teams, scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables • Demonstrated ability to lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, maturity assessments, solution reviews, executive presentations, and governance meetings • Strong understanding of security operations, incident management, exposure and vulnerability management, threat intelligence, security posture management, remediation, security automation, and cybersecurity program governance • Experience translating business, security, regulatory, and operational requirements into implementation strategies, roadmaps, operating models, and scalable ServiceNow solutions • Experience overseeing integrations between ServiceNow and SIEM, EDR, vulnerability-scanning, threat-intelligence, CMDB, IT operations, and other enterprise security technologies • Experience developing proposals, estimates, staffing plans, Statements of Work (SOWs), and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-management, and decision-making skills • Ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders and geographically distributed teams • Ability to travel up to 50% based on client and business needs • Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist credentials related to Security Operations, Certified Application Developer (CAD), or other relevant ServiceNow certifications • Preferred: Professional certification in cybersecurity, security operations, risk, audit, privacy, or project management, such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, Security+, GIAC, or PMP • Preferred: Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow Security Operations capabilities • Preferred: Experience conducting security maturity assessments, developing multiyear roadmaps, designing security operating models, and developing reusable consulting methodologies and accelerators • Preferred: Familiarity with cybersecurity and control frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, COBIT, PCI DSS, or related standards • Preferred: Experience supporting regulated industries • Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow data migrations, integrations, reporting strategies, platform governance, enterprise implementation planning, and related capabilities • Preferred: Experience evaluating or implementing AI-enabled security workflows using ServiceNow Otto, including governance, security, privacy, explainability, human oversight, and responsible-use controls
