📋 Description

• Manage and lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead and motivate project teams and foster collaboration. • Develop project plans, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks and issues. • Track project finances, adhere to budgetary constraints, and provide cost forecasts. • Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet standards and client expectations. • Identify process enhancements, implement innovative project management practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. • Proficiency in project management software. • Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Professional certification in project management (PMP) preferred. • Experience working in a global and matrixed organization preferred. • Knowledge of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards preferred. • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies in project management preferred. • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills preferred. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment preferred. • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning preferred. • This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
