📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with client goals • Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards • Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes • Foster inclusivity, belonging, wellbeing, and a diverse workforce • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the business development team • Drive a sales culture within the PDS team, including leading sales and cross-selling meetings • Develop client pursuit strategies, pitch, secure new business, and execute projects across the PDS platform

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture) • 10+ years of experience in project management • Strong track record delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry • Experience leading and managing high-performing teams • Exceptional communication and leadership skills • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools • Ability to drive process improvements • Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and financial reporting • Excellent client management skills • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Ability to travel as needed is preferred • Preferred: Master's degree, professional certifications (PMP, LEED, Six Sigma), global organization experience, project management software and technology knowledge, and business development experience
