📋 Description

• Manage candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, counseling, negotiating, offering, and marketing the firm’s attributes • Create and execute recruitment plans for various roles from entry to executive level • Work with Talent Acquisition Program Managers, HR Business Partners, and/or business unit hiring managers to clarify job specifications and recruitment processes • Modify job descriptions as appropriate to fill current and future hiring needs • Use creative sourcing approaches to identify and engage qualified applicants • Develop new sources and proactively build a warm bench of talent • Engage prospective candidates in the talent network • Work with the Director of Recruiting to create recruiting best practices • Participate in special firm-wide recruiting initiatives • Create key measures of success and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting efforts • Provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and external client reporting • Support Affirmative Action/Inclusivity initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Ability to manage candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle • Experience creating and executing recruitment plans for roles from entry to executive level • Ability to clarify job specifications and recruitment processes with Talent Acquisition Program Managers, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers • Experience using creative sourcing approaches, including Internet, employee referrals, networking, and other forums • Ability to develop new talent sources and proactively build a warm bench of talent • Ability to create recruiting best practices and participate in firm-wide recruiting initiatives • Ability to create key measures of success and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting efforts • Ability to provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and external client reporting • Ability to support Affirmative Action/Inclusivity initiatives
