📋 Description

• Lead the Client and Account Readiness Enablement (CARE) workstream within regional transition projects • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective change management engagements • Identify, create, execute, document, and share change management, communication, training, and employee onboarding plans • Develop and execute communication strategies, including business cases for change, client communications, and transition bulletins • Manage the training matrix for transferring employees' role, process, and systems training • Drive Day 1 readiness activities, including onboarding documents, Account Orientations, and buddy programs • Serve as regional escalation point for CARE program questions or issues • Support transition governance routines • Resolve anomalies and new CARE delivery scenarios with regional, COET, and workstream teams • Communicate resulting changes to the Global Program Director • Review program performance and CARE program effectiveness and efficiency • Support regular and ad-hoc reporting, including documents, reports, graphs, charts, and presentations • Collaborate with the wider COET team on other programs and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant business experience • Track record of working successfully with multi-disciplinary teams in a matrixed business environment • Executive stakeholder management experience • Ability to coordinate multiple projects with various subject matter experts • Current knowledge of Real Estate Management Services business models, clients and geographies • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent evidence of skill in operations, account management, communication, training, or program management • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Change Management qualifications are desirable • Demonstrated success in developing, leading, and analyzing programs is ideal
