📋 Description

• Implement reliability programs, demonstrate value, and lead continuous improvement projects • Coordinate with on-account Reliability Engineers through a matrix reporting structure • Provide reliability program oversight and coordinate alignment with clients on strategic asset management direction • Develop a strong case study library, use cases, and knowledge-management materials • Create and deploy client strategic asset management plans aligned with ISO 55001 standards • Facilitate risk analysis using RCM approaches and create/manage equipment preventive-maintenance tasks • Support operational event and equipment failure investigations, root-cause identification, corrective actions, and follow-up monitoring • Oversee operations activities throughout the account/project lifecycle • Coordinate consistent delivery of Reliability & Asset Management solutions across multiple accounts • Lead issue resolution and assist leadership in selecting action plans • Consult on maintenance and reliability metrics, including planned/unplanned work, scheduling, costs, MTBF, and replacement asset value • Support capital planning, lifecycle asset management, and commissioning activities for upgrade, renovation, and construction projects • Oversee updates to asset and preventive-maintenance records in CMMS, including equipment entry, retirement, and asset tagging • Understand and execute condition-based maintenance programs using predictive technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline from an accredited institution • Minimum 10+ years’ experience implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) methodologies, CbM/PdM methods, operating building automation and energy management systems, and understanding asset management, data analytics, and capital planning approaches • Certified Reliability Leader or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional is required • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems • Extensive knowledge of commercial, critical, manufacturing, labs, or distribution facility types • Experience facilitating training, supporting coaching initiatives, and collaborating with technical teams using various tools and techniques • Experience with CMMS/EAM systems • Experience in asset management and/or analyzing risk • Practical experience developing and optimizing maintenance strategies and plans • Experience implementing and/or working with ISO 9001 or ISO 55001 management systems • Asset whole lifecycle costing and total cost of ownership knowledge • Experience with multidisciplinary projects and system integration techniques across multiple asset types • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to accurately manipulate large amounts of data in different spreadsheet formats • Experience in critical environments preferred • Certification training in condition-based/predictive technologies preferred • IAM Certificate preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
