📋 Description

• Lead technical delivery of complex analytics solutions within the Analytics Centre of Excellence • Consult on project intake, feasibility, effort, delivery approach and prioritisation • Lead solution design, defining technical architecture, data models and development standards • Build complex analytics solutions and drive quality and innovation • Oversee code reviews, data validation and visualisation reviews across the sub-team • Support and oversee User Acceptance Testing, incorporating client feedback • Manage publishing, deployment to the Azara production environment and documentation • Drive data fluency initiatives across client and account teams • Identify, pilot and embed AI, automation and emerging analytics opportunities • Act as deputy for the Analytics Centre of Excellence Team Lead as required • Partner with Account Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Sustainability Analytics, Azara, Data Engineering and self-service BI teams • Provide day-to-day technical leadership across analytics delivery processes • Lead sprint development and manage multiple priorities • Coach developers, facilitate knowledge sharing and support continuous skills growth • Liaise with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical business solutions • Deliver real estate analytics at scale for JLL and its clients

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics delivery or comparable experience • 1+ years in a senior or technical lead capacity within a BI or analytics team • Expert-level experience in Tableau and/or Power BI • Strong working experience with SQL, Python and Databricks • Experience leading technical delivery in an agile environment, including sprint management and DevOps tooling • Degree in data, analytics or a related field preferred, or equivalent working experience • Proven experience with data and data visualisation tools and methodologies • Technical leadership experience within a BI team • Strong domain knowledge and ability to translate analytics into business decisions and transformation • Experience integrating complex, cross-corporate processes and data models • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and team members concurrently • Experience with agile methodology or equivalent workload-management approaches • Strong data visualisation, program management, data transformation and automation skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills • Highly developed problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
