📋 Description

• Contribute to proposal strategy by generating customized pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and client/prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals • Use client knowledge and lessons learned from past pitches to identify and develop winning strategies • Project manage RFP responses and pitches by coordinating meetings, creating content, supporting edits, and participating in debriefs • Maintain data and develop insights relevant to new business pursuits • Create and maintain new sales collateral • Learn the JLL platform across multiple service lines to manage cross-selling opportunities • Develop understanding of JLL tools and technology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Journalism, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing • 3–5 years of related experience; Architecture/Engineering/Construction/Real Estate experience is a plus • Strong creative skills and knowledge of graphic design • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign • Technologically savvy • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Strong verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Understanding of and commitment to client service • Enjoys working on pitches, pursuits, and presentations • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
