📋 Description

• Lead strategic sourcing excellence for Project Delivery Services across multiple regions and drive enterprise-wide optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies throughout the US • Establish the vision and strategic direction for sourcing initiatives aligned with corporate objectives and client business outcomes • Own and execute comprehensive PDS strategic sourcing strategies to optimize total cost of ownership across client portfolios and complex multi-site projects • Architect sourcing frameworks balancing cost efficiency, quality, risk mitigation, and supplier performance • Transform and scale the PDS strategic sourcing organization through executive-level collaboration with corporate sourcing, project management, operations, and business development teams • Deploy technology platforms, analytics tools, and communication frameworks to enhance organizational capability and productivity • Leverage category intelligence, predictive analytics, market data, capital planning cycles, and demand forecasting to formulate sourcing strategies and inform investment decisions • Develop executive-level reporting and insights that drive strategic planning and operational excellence • Advance and govern the preferred supplier program within PDS and cultivate executive relationships with strategic suppliers • Provide strategic oversight and operational management of RFP/bid processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management frameworks • Manage stakeholder expectations, anticipate business needs, and align sourcing activities with organizational objectives • Ensure adherence to sourcing policies, contracting standards, risk management protocols, and ethical guidelines • Partner with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contractual instruments, compliance, risk mitigation, and contracting improvements • Establish priorities, allocate resources, and provide leadership direction to Operations teams, extended workforce, and project-specific personnel • Build high-performing teams delivering client and customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives • Champion diversity and inclusion programs and lead supplier diversity initiatives • Lead Preferred Supplier performance governance and strategic business reviews • Drive adoption and optimization of JLL e-commerce procurement platforms and emerging sourcing technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated executive presence with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities at all organizational levels • Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire cross-functional teams and drive organizational change • Strategic thinking mindset with strong business judgment and decision-making capabilities • Superior organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously • Outstanding written, verbal, visual, communication, and executive presentation skills • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse audiences, from C-suite executives to operational teams • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university required • MBA or advanced degree preferred • 10+ years of progressive strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership experience • 5+ years of experience in construction management or related industries • Proven track record delivering measurable business results through enterprise-scale strategic sourcing programs • Deep construction management industry expertise • Comprehensive understanding of project delivery methodologies, supply chain dynamics, and market conditions • Extensive knowledge of construction and real estate supply base, sourcing best practices, and category management strategies • Project management and complex business transformation experience strongly preferred • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Experience with procurement platforms, sourcing tools, data analytics software, and enterprise systems • Comfort leveraging technology to drive insights, efficiency, and business outcomes • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • This position does not provide visa sponsorship
