• Serve as strategic leader overseeing property management and occupier services for a large healthcare system ambulatory real estate portfolio • Act as primary advocate and landlord interface for leased facilities while providing property management oversight for owned assets • Support account leadership goals and deliver operational excellence, compliance, and enhanced occupant experience • Provide strategic oversight across a multi-regional portfolio and develop, meet, and deliver priorities through a strategic business plan • Evolve property management services, engage current client relationships, and cultivate new ones • Establish and refine work quality and best practices, including system-wide policies and procedures • Strengthen strategic client partnerships and deliver innovative solutions • Collaborate with senior account team members and network with Senior Directors within JLL WDX and Markets • Create budgets and perform variance analysis; optimize tenant improvement allowances, expense tracking, cost recovery, revenue optimization, and outstanding A/R • Source and deliver benchmarking and operational performance metrics and develop improvement strategies • Lead multiple regional property managers and property administrators • Build and develop high-performing teams, provide mentorship and career development, and foster accountability and continuous improvement • Manage tenant and landlord relationships, lease compliance, issue resolution, occupant advocacy, improvements, and space modifications • Coordinate operational activities across owned and leased assets; ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation • Implement and maintain property management technology platforms and reporting systems • Collaborate with lease administration, transaction management, facilities management, and other cross-functional teams • Participate in and periodically lead complex change management initiatives • Participate in account expansion, business development opportunities, new revenue initiatives, and M&A integration
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's, MBA, or other advanced degree preferred • 10+ years of progressive commercial property management experience, preferably in healthcare or medical office environments • 5+ years in leadership roles managing property management teams and multi-site portfolios • Proven skills in property management and building operations • Experience working with corporate clients to achieve real estate performance objectives • Proven track record of managing tenant and landlord relationships and delivering occupier services • Experience with budget management, financial analysis, and portfolio optimization • Strong leadership and team development capabilities • Proven ability to manage a team consisting of dedicated property managers at varying levels of experience • Ability to lead/coach diverse teams and identify and develop top talent • Excellent communication and relationship management skills • Financial acumen with experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis • Proficiency with property management technology platforms • Strategic thinking with ability to develop and implement operational improvements • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities • Real estate brokerage or salesperson license required • Position must be based in California • Travel required to managed properties across multiple regions • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
