📋 Description

• Develop and lead implementation of financial strategy for global service delivery to Stripe • Oversee budget development, management, and forecasting processes for the Americas region • Lead financial reporting and analysis for global operations, identifying trends and opportunities • Drive financial standardization and best practices across all regions • Provide financial guidance and oversight to regional finance teams • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure financial performance • Ensure contract compliance and financial governance across all service lines • Lead financial aspects of client relationship management and quarterly business reviews • Collaborate with operations leadership to optimize service delivery costs and efficiency • Oversee financial systems implementation and improvement initiatives • Direct financial modeling and analysis for strategic decision-making support • Manage financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies • Mentor and develop finance team members across the organization • Partner with global procurement on strategic sourcing initiatives • Collaborate with teams across multiple global regions and time zones • Participate in regular virtual meetings with JLL leadership, operations teams, and Stripe stakeholders • Travel approximately 20% for in-person leadership meetings, client reviews, and site visits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field • 8+ years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in service industry • Professional accounting or finance qualification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) • Experience leading financial operations in a multi-region or global environment • Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate financial insights into business actions • Excellent analytical skills with advanced financial modeling capabilities • Superior communication abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing finance professionals • Experience with financial systems implementation and optimization • Knowledge of facilities management financial structures preferred • Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred • Financial experience in integrated facilities management, corporate real estate, or professional services industries preferred • Background managing finances for Fortune 500 clients or similar complex accounts preferred • Knowledge of global financial operations and multi-currency management preferred • Background in contract financial management and service level agreements preferred • Understanding of financial implications of sustainability and ESG initiatives preferred • Experience with change management and organizational transformation preferred • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and implementation preferred • G-Suite proficiency • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Approximately 20% travel required
