📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers confirming or correcting AI-extracted lease comp terms • Reply to every confirmation, correction, and question within minutes during working hours and always the same day • Proactively identify brokers and markets that have gone quiet and determine why • Judge broker corrections against the lease and local Research convention before accepting them • Log the broker’s value, the deciding lease clause, and the verdict • Capture broker feedback and close the loop once issues are fixed • Handle requests to keep specific comps confidential according to JLL’s data-handling protocol • Build broker-facing playbooks, reply templates, market checklists, and escalation paths • Partner with local Research leads to agree definitions before expanding into new markets • Present directly to brokers and travel with the Product Manager to broker all-hands meetings where appropriate • Evaluate AI-extracted lease comp data against source lease documents and broker feedback • Log AI-versus-broker discrepancies for testing and improving AI accuracy • Translate logged issues into engineering backlog items and follow up with brokers after resolution • Apply automation selectively, such as auto-acknowledging simple confirmations • Track and report weekly broker reply rates for every market covered • Report correction patterns, inactive brokers and markets, and recurring complaints • Maintain the correction log as an actionable dataset for Engineering and Research • Build senior-level broker relationships while challenging corrections when lease evidence differs • Represent broker feedback to Product and Research teams • Partner with the Product Manager on market and broker prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leasing, tenant representation, or commercial real estate • Hands-on commercial real estate or leasing/tenant-rep background • Working knowledge of Full Service Gross, Modified Gross, and NNN in practice • Knowledge of how TI and free rent are quoted and how they vary by market and product type • Direct experience sourcing, verifying, or circulating lease comps with brokers • Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and Jira or similar tools for tracking data-quality issues • Able to evaluate AI-generated output critically • Clear, fast, confident communication skills • Comfortable explaining lease terms to senior brokers and disagreeing when the lease says otherwise • Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage ownership • JLL experience and existing relationships with brokers or Research teams are a strong plus • SQL is a plus, not a requirement • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
