📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial real estate projects from identification through design, planning, approval, permitting, construction, and financial closeout • Serve as the primary client liaison and provide updates on project status, risks, and opportunities • Lead architects, engineers, general contractors, and specialty consultants across project phases • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while identifying and mitigating risks • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance • Negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and resolve conflicts • Prepare project reports, financial analyses, and executive summaries for stakeholders and senior leadership • Mentor junior project managers and coordinators • Collaborate with JLL leasing, facilities management, occupancy planning, sourcing, and EH&S teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field • Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience in commercial real estate, corporate interiors, or construction • Proven track record managing projects valued at $5M+ from planning through occupancy • Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, codes, and permitting processes • Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels • Experience with secure space is required • US Citizenship is required • Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification preferred • Experience working within a corporate real estate services or consulting environment preferred • Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and multi-site portfolio projects preferred • Experience with Procore, Adaptive Work, or Ingenious project management platforms preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • This position does not provide visa sponsorship
