📋 Description

• Provide Project Delivery Services (PDS / Construction) clients and internal stakeholders with optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies across the US • Execute PDS and IFM strategic sourcing to drive the best total cost of ownership across clients’ project portfolios • Enhance the PDS strategic sourcing organization and delivery through collaboration with corporate sourcing and project management teams • Simplify processes through tools and communication to increase account/project team productivity • Use category intelligence and data analytics, including capital plans and project demands, to set strategy and drive results • Advance the preferred supplier program within PDS and demonstrate the value of JLL’s scale and supplier relationships • Manage and execute RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes for subcontracted goods and services • Manage internal and external customer expectations • Ensure compliance with JLL sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics • Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual terms and conditions are reviewed and approved • Establish work priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help, and project-specific personnel • Support development of diversity programs • Mentor and educate suppliers through meetings • Participate in and provide leadership to Preferred Supplier performance review meetings • Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Strong analytical ability • Proven ability to lead teams • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university • 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience • Proven track record and deep experience working within the construction management industry • Project management and business transitions experience preferred • Knowledge of supply base and/or sourcing business practices specific to the Construction and Real Estate industry a plus • Excellent PC skills • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • This position does not provide visa sponsorship
