📋 Description

• Provide support of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Project Delivery Services (PDS) • Responsible for executing PDS & IFM strategic sourcing by developing innovative ways to drive the best total cost of ownership across Clients portfolio of projects • Enhance PDS strategic sourcing organization and delivery through collaboration with corporate sourcing and project management teams • Use category intelligence and data analytics, including capital plans and project demands, to set strategy and drive results • Advance the preferred supplier program within PDS to demonstrate the value of our scale and supplier relationships • Provide management and execution of RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes around subcontracted goods and services • Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations • Ensure compliance to JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent Inter-personal skills • Organization skills • Strong Analytical Ability • Proven ability to lead teams • Excellent communication skills – oral and written • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university • 5+ years strategic sourcing or related experience • Proven track record and deep experience of work within the construction management industry • Project management and business transitions experience preferred • Knowledge of supply base and/or sourcing business practices specific to the Construction and Real Estate industry a plus • Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
