📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and/or execute strategy for Sourcing & Procurement functions, including sourcing, contracts, risk management, and vendor management • Provide objective recommendations and superior client service • Set strategic vision for PDS Sourcing and Procurement, including best practices and innovation • Drive use of the PDS preferred supplier program, Synergy • Identify risks and opportunities and recommend strategies to achieve company goals • Develop and lead complex short- and long-term sourcing strategies • Manage suppliers and internal networks to deliver best-in-class performance • Conduct Business Intelligence spend analysis to identify sourcing and value-creation opportunities • Manage supplier performance across the region and associated accounts • Assess suppliers through scorecards • Own sourcing compliance and controls across PDS • Identify and develop process-improvement opportunities • Develop analytical methods for savings, supplier-performance monitoring, and sourcing-effectiveness reporting • Establish relationships with Americas Leadership across business lines • Comply with JLL and client policies and procedures • Work with HR on bench tracking, needs assessment, IPMP, Talent Review, promotions, and talent-development initiatives • Manage employees in a matrixed organization • Establish career paths, succession planning, and growth planning for teams

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Strong analytical ability • Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment • 3+ years of PDS / Construction sourcing experience • Self-motivated; able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university • 15+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience • 5+ years of supervisory experience • Excellent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office applications • Project management and business transitions experience preferred • MBA preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
